<br /> .,. ., <br /> ~.r"'" <br /> #. .~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO 2212 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> I RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally south of 6th Street S.W., <br /> I west of Old Highway #8 and north of the Brighton Village ! <br /> Apartments) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton <br /> described as follows: <br /> Parcel A: <br /> Lot 6, Block 1, Shirley and Lee's Addition subject <br /> to road easement. <br /> II WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property <br /> t ~ is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> !I ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivisions can be filled, and <br /> I WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code <br /> ,I provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br /> certain criteria can be met; and <br /> Ii WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such <br /> I criteria has been met. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the <br /> above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> Parcel 1 : <br /> I <br /> I Lot 6, Block 1, Shirley and Lee's Addition except the <br /> I west 20 feet thereof. <br /> I <br /> on the condition that the 20 foot easement property be deeded <br /> to the property buyer as a separate parcel. <br /> I, Adopted this 12th day of June, 1979. <br /> II k), <br /> I, I <br /> I <br /> i Senden, Mayor I <br /> I ATTEST: <br /> I <br /> yg~'~.
