UPGRADING, DATED MARCH 2, 1979 AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br /> HEARING <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Council Resolution No. 2057 dated <br /> June 13, 1978, a report has been prepared by the Engineering <br /> Department of the City of New Brt~hton with reference to the <br /> p~oposed Gpgradtng of 10th str~et NiW~, and <br /> WHEREAS, this feasibility report was received by the City <br /> Council of the City of New Brighton on April 24th, 1979. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of New Brighton: <br /> 1 That the Council \'-li11 consider the construction of <br /> the ~rDJosed 10th StreetN.W. U p g r a din g P ro j ec tin <br /> accordance with the report and the assessment of <br /> contiguous or benefiting properties for all or a <br /> portion of the cost of the installation pursuant to <br /> f'1 inn e sot a S tat ute 429. 01.1 to 429. 111 (1 awl 953, C hap t e r <br /> 398 a s amended) at the estimated cost of $1,382,000.00. <br /> 2. T hat a p u b.l i c he a ri ng will be held on the 10th Street <br /> N.W. UpgradingJ Project in the Council Chambers of <br /> City Hall at 7:00 P.M.
