<br /> .. <br /> ... -. ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO 2158 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMS EY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally east bf 12th Avenue N.W. <br /> west of Long Lake and north of 1-694) <br /> WHEREBY the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton <br /> described as follows: <br /> Parcel A: Lot 38, Auditor's Subdivision No. 79, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> Parcel B: That part of Lot 42, Auditor's Subdivision <br /> No. 79, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying West <br /> of the extended West line of Lot 64 and <br /> lying South of the extended North Line of <br /> Lot 38 and lying North of the extended South <br /> line of the North 5 feet of Lot 39. <br /> Parcel C: Lot 39, except the West 8 feet thereof and <br /> Lpt..40 except the West 8 feet thereof, <br /> Suditors Subdivision No. 79 Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota, and all that part of Lot forty-two <br /> (42), Auditor's Subdivision No. 79, Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota, lying West of the extended <br /> West line of Lot sixty-four (64 ) arid lying <br /> South of the extended South line of the <br /> North five (N. 5) feet of Lot thirty-nine (39) <br /> and lying North of the extended North line <br /> of Lot forty-one (41) . <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br /> located in Municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code <br /> provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br /> certain criteria can be met; and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has <br /> been met. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the <br /> above described properties into parcels described as follows: <br />
