<br />\ <br /> <br />.... / <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65-67 <br /> <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING <br />HEARING ON I MPROVEMENT NO. 65-28 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted the <br /> <br />day of , 196-.-, a report has been prepared <br /> <br />qy Milner W. Carley and Associates with reference to the following <br /> <br />improvement: <br />Grading, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer over certain <br />easements and publ ic streets (future) in the SWt of NEk of Section <br />31, Township 30, Range 23 - being that area bounded by Si lver Lake <br />Road, Val ley View Road, Si Iver Lane and Haines Ave. extended. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance <br /> <br /> <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br /> <br /> <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes, <br /> <br />Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chp. 398, as amended) at an <br /> <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $37,283.00 . <br /> <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br /> <br /> <br />on the 77th day of Ju I v ,1965 in the <br /> <br /> <br />Village Hall at 8:30 o'clock P.
