<br /> WHEREAS, pu:r;os-.nt to Resolution of the Counoil adopted the 12th day of January.
<br /> 1965, reports have been prepared. by Milner W. Carley-.nd Associates with
<br /> l"eferenc.. to Inwrovements 64-21 through 64-23 and 65-1 through 65-24 inolusive,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
<br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA:
<br /> 1. The CoUncil will consider the improvements in accordance with the
<br /> reports and the assessment of benefited property for all ora portion of the
<br /> cost of the improve:m.ents pursuaIlt to Minn. Statutes, Sees. 429-011 to
<br /> 429-111 (Laws 1953. Chp. 398. a.s amended) at an estiIlULted total cost of the
<br /> improvements as follows:.

<br /> 65-12, 65-13, 65-14, 65-19, 65-20, 65-21, and 65-24 on the 4th day of
<br /> February, 1965, in the Village Hall at 8%00 o'clock P. M., and the Clerk shall
<br /> give published notice of such hearings on improvements as required by law.
