<br />~~~ .. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65-81 <br />STATE OF MTI1NESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RA1'1SEY <br />VILLAGE OF NE,~' BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRAl'JSFER FROM UNALLOCATED SURPLUS <br />IN THE SEWER FUND TO CAPITAL OUTLAY 1>JITHIN THE SaYER FUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS a storm sewer is necessary to drain surface waters on Village <br />owned property and <br /> <br />WHEREAS this property is used to house the sanitary se'Wer pumping and <br />holding stations and <br /> <br />WHEREAS this 'Work can be most effectively done under an existing change <br />order and <br /> <br />WHEREAS this work can be done more economically at this time by having <br />the State fill part of the line extension <br /> <br />NOVl THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1. A change order be authorized to construct this line. <br /> <br />2.
