STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF R.A:tJBEY VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PARTIAL TRANSFEH OF FUNDS FROM THE "- CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND FOR ADMINISTHATIVE COSTS ATTRIBUTED TO VARIOU,=: CAPITAL U1PROVEMENT PROJECTS WHEREAS,capital improvement projects for the year 1965 have been ordered and contracted for in full or in part, and funds for such projects have been borrowed by the sale and issuance of $875,000 Permanent Improve- ment Bonds of 1965; and WHEREAS,it is deemed advisable to make a transfer of funds for a portion of the total administrative costs directly attributable to such capital improvements at this time with a final transfer to be made upon comnletion of such projects and final costs having been determined.
