<br />....... , <br />. <br /> f <br />'1 PROPOSED RESOLUTION NO. 65-74 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NE\-J BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROB CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION TO CAPITAL <br /> OUTLAY APPROPRIATION OF GENERAL FUND <br /> WHEREAS the Rresent allocation of funds for capital outlay expenditures <br /> ;- <br /> from the General Fund is not sufficient to cover expenses to be incurred; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS the increased expenditure is for installment payment on three <br /> voting machines not incl~ded in computation of total installment payments <br /> on voting machine con tracts payable in 1965 <br /> N~J THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of New Brighton that <br /> (1) An amo~~t of $615.00 be transferred from the contingency <br /> anpropriation to capital outlay appropriation of the Gen- <br /> eral Fund. <br /> (2) Manager and Clerk-Treasurer bring into effect the provisions <br /> of this resolution. <br /> Adopted this Jj' day y" Y ,10/'5, <br /> jJ~{l~ <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> SEAL <br /> \ <br />
