~ .. c. ~ ~ " ~ RESOLUTION NO. 314 RESOLUTION ADOPTING RE-ASSESSMENT - EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice -thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, Minnesota, was held at the Vil1ge Hall in said Village on the 3rd day of November, 1966 at 8:00 p.m. with the following members present: Anderson, Andersen, Hipp, Jeffers and Nabozney, and the following members absnet: noen. Member Andersen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ADOTPING RE-ASSESSMENT ON AREA PORTION OF IMPROVEMENl' 62-1. BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, An assessment for Sanitary Sewer Improvement 62-1 was adopted September 12, 1963, and that certain portions of said assessment was vacated and set aside by Order of the DistrictOburt of Ramsey County dated June 13, 1966. WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law the Village Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed areareassessment for the improvement of all lots, parcels and tracts of land lying within the following described boundary: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of state Trunk Highway 100 with the East Village limits of the Village of New Brighton; thence West on said centerline to its intersection with the extended center line of 8th Ave. ~ N. We thence North on IJdd centerline of 8th Ave. N.W., to the shore of Long Lake; thence Efisterly and Northerly on the shore of Long Lake to the center of Rice Creek thence Northeasterly along the center of Rice Creek to the North Village limits of the Village of New Brightpn; thence East on said line of said Creek to centerline of state Trunk Highway No.8; thence south on the center- line of said Highway No.8 being also the East Village limits of New Brighton and on said centerline extended to the North line of 14th St. N. VI. thence East on said North line extended, being also the North Village limits of the Village of New Brighton to the most Easterly boundary line of New Brighton, thence South, West, and South on lIdd boundary to the point of beginning, including therein all property described as follows $ All that part of the South 1/2 of Section 17, Town 30, Range 23 lying Easterly of Long Lake and Rice Creek, All that part of Section 20, Town 30, Range 23 lying Easterly of Long Lake and North of State Trunk Highway No. 100, fAll that part of Section 21, Town 30, Range 23 lying North of State Trunk Highway No. 100 and within the Village limits of New Brighton, Boardman Addition to Minneapolis Stockyards, Butchers Allotment No.1, Registered Land Survey N9. 105, by: S.AliR~ SEWER IMPROVEMENl' 62-lj.
