NOH, THE1l.EFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY '.L'HE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NEvI BRIGHTJN, MINNESOTA: 1. Such proposed assessLlent, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall cOl1s~itute the special assessment against the lands named Gherein, and each tract of land therein, and each tract of land therein included is horeby found to be benefited by the the proposed impnoven;:mt in the ronOUl1G of the assessnent levied against it. 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installraents extending y, over a pei':ilod of fifteen (15) years, the 'irst of the instalblents to be payable on or befo:~8theCirst Ivlonday in January, 1967, and shall bea.r intere3t at the rate of six percent (6;b) per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessmerrb resolution until December 31, 1967. To each subsequent installment when due ahall be added interest for one (1) year on all unpaid install.lflent s. 3. The Own2r of any property 30 assessed may, at any tile prior to certi- ficati::m of the assessment d)o the county auditor, pay the 1,.lhole of the assessment on such property, 1.1itb. interest accrued to the elate of paYDont, to the Village y.ceasurer, eXc8Dt that no interest shall be charged if the entire aSseSSTl18nt is paid td thin 30 ,a.ys from the c o.option of this resolution; and he may, at any time thereafter, pa.y to the county treasurer the entire amount of the assess:nent remaining unpaid ',.;ith interest accrued to December 31 os the YOcti' in .,lhich such paym.ent is made. 4.
