Such proposed assessment, a copy of Hhich is attached hereto and m&de a part <br /> hereof, is hereby accepted [w.d shall constj m.ute the specio.l aSSeSSI:1ont a.gainst <br /> the lands n2~ed therein, and each tra,ct of land therein, lli'1.Q each tract of land <br /> therein included is hereb;)T fonnd to be benefited by the proposed improvement <br /> in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extellding <br /> overa period of fifteen (15) years, the first of the insto.llments to be payable <br /> on or before the first Monday in January, 1967, ~nd shall bear interest at the <br /> rate of sL~ percent (6%) per annum from the date of the adiption of this <br /> assessment resolution until Decenmer 31, 1967, to eacJJ. subsequent inste.llment <br /> when due shall be added interest for one (1) year on 2,11 unpaid inst8ll1nents. <br /> 3. The Ovmer of any property so assessed nay, at any time prior to certifica- <br /> tion of the assessment to the county au~itor, pay the whole of the assessment <br /> on such property, ,.lith interest accrued to the c.ate of pa;;llnent, to the V il18.ge <br /> Treasurer, 6~:cept that no interest sh2.1l be charged if the entire 8,ssessment <br /> is paid vIi thin 30 days from the adiption of this resolution; and he may, at <br /> any time thereafter, pay to the county treasurer the entire mnoDnt of the assess- <br /> ment remaining unpaiQ Hith hlterest accrued to December 31 of the year in which <br /> such payment is IM,de. <br /> 4.
