(, , <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 248 <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NINJESOTA <br />COUlITY OF R.AlvISEY <br />VILLAGE OF l~ BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br />RESOlUTION AUTHORIZING TBANSFER FRON CONTINGENCY <br />APPROPRIATION TO OTHER SURl:ENT SERVICES OF PIAi\TNING <br />COIvll1ISSIOH ACCOUNT IN GENER.AL FUND. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village COUllcil authorized consulting planning services <br />on a retainer basis and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1966 Adopted Budget did not provide fUl~ds for the wervice <br /> <br />NOVl THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of New Brighton <br />that <br /> <br />(1) An amount of $1,800.00 be transferred from <br />the contingency appropriation to the Planning <br />Commission accmmt of the General Fund: <br /> <br />(2) ~Wnager and Clerk-Treasurer bring into effect <br />the provisions of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this j.L/ day of :;;u 11 e.-, 1966 <br /> <br /> <br />,D--4.
