<br /> . <br />, , ~ I ... <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 210 <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 66-26 <br /> AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the <br />8th day of March , 19 Q.Q... , fixed a date for a council hearing <br />on the following proposed improvement: <br /> IMPROVEMENT 66 -2 6 <br /> 5th Ave. N.W. from 1st St. N.W. to 5th St. N.W. <br /> 5th St. N.W. from 5th Ave. N.W. to 3rd Ave. N.W. <br /> by acquisition of easements and construction of storm <br /> sewer. <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing <br />was held on April 12, 1966 , at which time all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br />there being no objections; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON: <br /> 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council <br />resolution adopted the 8th day of March , 1 9 ...fuL . <br /> 2. Milner Carley and Associates is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
