<br />ft ~~ ~ ....... <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 204 <br /> <br />a.UTE OF 1>ITNNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAJVISEY <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MAXIMU14 LOAD LI1"11TS ON VILLAGE <br />STREETS DURING SPRING OF 1966 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS Village Streets have been designed to carry certain maximum loads, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS these loads are sometimes exceeded by certain vehicles, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS these excessive loads cause additional damage during that time of the <br />year when the frost leaves the ground, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of New Brighton that the <br />maximum load limit allowed on any Village streets within the limits of the <br />Village of New Brighton shall be 4 ton per axle. The period of this load limit <br />restriction shall be enforced between ~~rch 24th ~nd May 15th, 1966. The max- <br />imum load limit allowed may be increased prior to May 15th by administrative <br />action of the Village Manager and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that school buses shall be considered exempt from the <br />provisions of this resolution until they are notified that the buses are caus- <br />ing damage to village roads, thereby requiring them to seek alternate routes. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this ,25'- day of /')77a/!:/(!;,./L/ , 1966. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />D~t?~ _ <br />Donald A.
