The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute a Petition requesting the Board of County Commissioners <br /> of Ramsey County, Minnesota, to improve Ramsey County Ditches <br /> Nos. Two (2), Three (3) and Five (5), a copy of said Petition <br /> being attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> 2.
