Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> . <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular . <br /> f <br /> meeting of the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br /> Minnesota,was duly held at the Village Hall in the Village on <br /> Tuesday , the 12th day of September , 1967 at 8:00 o'clock <br /> P. M., C. D . S . T . <br /> The following members were present: <br /> Anderson, Hipp, Hoen and Nabozney <br /> and the following were absent: Jeffers <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br /> Trustee Hipp introduced the following reso- <br /> lution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION FIXING TERMS, FORM AND COVENANTS FOR <br /> $1,000,000 SEWAGE FACILITY BONDS, PLEDGING REVENUES <br /> FOR THEIR PAYMENT, AND AUTHORIZING ACTION NECESSARY <br /> TO THEIR EXECUTION AND DELIVERY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> New Brighton, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> 1. All action heretofore taken in connection with the <br /> issuance and sale of $1,000,000 Sewage Facility Bonds of the Village <br /> is hereby ratified and confirmed, including the award of the sale <br /> thereof to <br /> WHITE, WELD & CO. AND ASSOCIATES <br /> on its bid to purchase the bonds bearing interest as follows: <br /> 1970 to 1989 maturities at 4.80"; and <br /> 1990 to 1997 maturities at 4.90% <br /> plus additional interest on all bonds represented by extra coupons <br /> at the rate of 1.00% from October 1, 1967 to April 1, 1969 <br /> at a price of par, accrued interest and a premium of $ none <br />
