" <br />. ~ <br />- " RESOLUTION NO. 466 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGWroN <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING' PRELIMINARY STUDY AND REPCRT ON IMPROVEMENT 68-5 <br /> WHEREAS it is proposed to make the following improvement within the Village <br /> of New Brighton: <br /> Location: From one block south of the intersection of <br /> Old Highway 8 and. Foss Road easterly along the south <br /> side ,of Lot 7, Auditorts Subdivision No. 26 for 544 Ft. <br /> ,Impr,ovement by:' Grading, Gravel Base, Bituminous Surfacing" <br /> Concrete Curb and ~tter <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLWD by the Village Council of the Village of New <br /> Brighton, Minnesota; that the proposed improvement be referred <br /> to Milner V. Carley-and Associates for study and. that they be <br /> instructed,to report to the Village Council with all convenient <br /> speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br /> the proposed improvement is feasible and ,as to whether they <br /> should best be made as proposed improvement or in connection <br /> with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br /> improvement as recommended. <br /> adopted this 26th day of September" ~967. <br /> .1J~tl~ <br /> Donald A.
