<br /> Pursuant to due call and notice tb,ereof, a regular meeting of the Village Councj~l'
<br /> of the Village of New ~).ghton, Minnesota, was held ~'\t the Village Hall in said
<br /> Village on the 8th day of August 1967 at 8:00 P.M. with the following members

<br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERINQ PREPARATION
<br /> OF PROPOSED OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING
<br /> ON IMPROVEMENTS 65-4,66-1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, 17, 20, 21,
<br /> , ' 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, AND SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT 62-1-A.
<br /> " NQf ''l'HEREFOHE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ,NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA

<br /> 1. The cost of such, iInprovements to be specially ,assessed is hereby declared
<br /> ,'to be $1,038,311.66. .', "
<br /> 2. ,The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Ingineer shall forthwith
<br /> . Ca1ucate the properamou.p.t to be specially assessed for such improvment against
<br /> "every assessaolelot', placeorpracel of land within the district affected"
<br /> without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law and he sahll file a copy
<br /> of such proposed. assessment in his office fir,p6blic inspection.
<br /> 3.., The Clerk shall, upon completionc6f such proposed assessments, notify the
<br /> Council thereof.
<br /> 4. That a publi'chearing in the proposed assessment be set for august 18, 1967
<br /> at 8:00 P.M. at the Village Hall.
<br /> 5. That mailed notices of, thishearing be sent to each benefited property owners i
<br /> ~' as required by law.
<br /> ,The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
<br /> member Nabozoney and upon a vote being taken, the fol1~wing members voted in
<br /> favor thereof:
