<br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING R'EPOf .AND CALLING ~ING ON IMPROVEMENT 67-1,
<br />2, 3, 4, 5, 6~,7, 9, 10, 11, 12, :L3, 14, and 15 AND ORDERING THE
<br />VILLAGE CLERK TO PUBLISH A NOTICE OF HEARING
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopte~ the 27th .day of
<br />December, 1966, a report has been prepared by Milner Vl. Carley
<br />and Associates with reference to the following improvements:
<br />
<br />67:.;.1, ~, 3,. 4, 5, 6A, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE' BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of New !
<br />Brightqn,Mf-nnesota;

<br />1. The, Councll w~ll consider the improvements in accordance
<br />with the report, and the assessment of abutting property
<br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements pursuant
<br />to Minn. Statutes, Sec. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chp.
<br />398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvements
<br />of $926,655.62 .

<br />2.. A' pubJ..ic hearing shall be held on proposed improvements 67-1,
<br />2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, lJ.., 12, 13, 14 a~'ld 15 an the 16th day of
<br />'Marcb,1967 an.d proposed improvements 67-5 and. 6Aon the 17th
<br />day of March 1967 in the Village Hall at ']:30 0'cJ.6ck P.M.,
<br />an.d theClerlc shall give published notice of such hearing
<br />and improvement as required by J..aw.
