<br />,NOW THEREFORE'BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
<br />New Brighton, Minnesota: That the proposed ~provement be referred

<br />, instructed to report to the Council with all; convenient speed
<br />advising the council in a preliminary way astowhetheF the
