'! <br />, . <br />- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 693 <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> meeting of the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton, <br /> Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in the Village on <br /> Tuesday , the 13th day of May , 1969 at 8:00 o'clock <br /> p.M., C.D.S.T. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> Anderson, Moen, Nesser, Rebelein and Romanski <br /> and the following were absent: None <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br /> co~~ i lman Moen introduced the following <br /> resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 693 <br /> RESOLUTION FIXING TERMS, FORM AND TAX LEVIES <br /> FOR $714,000 PARK BONDS AND AUTHORIZING ACTION <br /> NECESSARY TO THEIR EXECUTION AND DELIVERY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br /> of New Brighton, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> 1. All action heretofore taken in connection with <br /> the issuance and sale of $714,000 Park Bonds of the Village is <br /> hereby ratified and confirmed, including the award of the sale <br /> thereof to The First National Bank of Saint Paul <br /> on its bid to purchase the bonds bearing interest (according to <br /> years of maturity) as follows: <br /> 1971 through 1975 inclusive 6.00% <br /> 1976 through 1999 inclusive 6.10% <br /> at a price of $ 714,000.00, less a discount of $13,566.00 for a <br /> total price of $700,434.00. <br />
