<br /> ? l' <br />~.._..;. lW <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 684 <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION COMBINING IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 68w8; 69-4, <br /> 5, 6, 7, 8, la, ll, l2, l3, 14, l5, 17 AND 19 FOR <br /> PURPOSE OF LETTING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR WATER AND <br /> SEWER PORTIONS THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, Improvements Nos. 68-8, 69-4, 5, 6, 7, 8, la, <br />11, l2, l3, 14, 15, 17 and 19 all include watermain and <br />sanitary sewer installation, and combining the same for purpose <br />of letting a construction contract for the water and sewer <br />portions of said improvements will result in cost savings. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the authority <br />in Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.021, Subdivision 2, that <br />Improvements Nos. 68...8, 69-4, 5, 6, 7, 8, la, 11, 12, 13, 14, <br />15, l7 and 19 be combined for purpose of letting a construction <br />contract for wate.rand sewer portions thereof. <br /> Adopted by the New Brighton Village Council, April 22, <br />1969. <br /> !2hufi(f,~ <br /> Mayor <br /> ~ <br />Attest: <br />~ti~ <br />er <br />(SEAL) <br />
