W. from 16th St. to <br />~8th St. N.W.; 17th St. N. W. from 17th Ave. to <br />20th Ave. N.W. <br />Type of Improvement: Grading, sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, storm sewer, gravel base, concrete <br />curb, and gutter, bituminous surfacing. <br />Estimated Cost: $116,006.96 <br />AND WHEREAS ten days published notice of hearing through tWt:l weekly <br />publica.tions of the required notice and 10 days mailed <br />notice to effected property owners was gi van and the <br />hearing was held on January 30, 1969 , at which time <br />all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity <br />to be heard thereon, and all objections were heard and <br />passed upon: <br /> <br />NGJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the 14th day of January , <br />19~. <br /> <br />2. Milner Carley and Associates is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
