'). <br /> RESOWTION NO. .643 <br /> - <br /> STATE CF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOI1JTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 694- <br /> AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />WHEREAS a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 14th day of <br /> January , 19~, fixed a date for a council hearing <br /> on the following proposed improvement: <br /> IMPROVEMENT 69-4 <br /> Location: 1st St. S.W. - Highcrest Rd. to <br /> cul-de-sac <br /> Type Improvement: Grading, sanitary sewer, storm <br /> sewer, watermain, gravel base, concrete <br /> curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing <br /> Estimated Cost: $20,314.66 <br />AND WHEREAS t4m days published notice or hearing through two weekly <br /> publications of the required notice and 10 days mailed <br /> notice to effected property owners was given and the <br /> hearing was held on January 30, 1969 , at which time <br /> aU persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity <br /> to be heard thereon, and all objections were heard and <br /> passed upon: <br />NCNJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NEW <br /> BRIGHTON: <br /> 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br /> Council resolution adopted the 14th day of January, <br /> 19 69. <br /> - <br /> 2. Milner Carley and Associates is hereby designated as the <br /> engineer for this improvement.
