C,ost: $7,907.31 <br /> AND WHEREAS ten days published notice of hearing through <br />two weekly pUblications of the required notice and 10 days <br />mailed notice to effected property owners was given and the <br />hearing was held on March 17, 1970, at which time all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon, and all objections were heard and passed upon: <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF NEW BRIGHTON: <br /> 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as propOsed in the <br /> council resohltion adopted the 24th day of February <br /> 1970. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That whereas Stinson Blvd. <br />(33rd Avenue N.
