<br />, '"' .A -~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 788 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILI.,AGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVBMENT 70-6 AND PRFPARATION OF <br />FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> ~rnEREAS a resolution of the Village council adopted <br />the lOth day of February , 19 70 fixed a date for a council <br />hearing on the following proposed improvement~ <br /> Location: 9th street N.W. from Oakwood Drive west to <br /> cul-de-sac <br /> Type Improvement: Acquisition of right-of-way, opening, <br /> grading, storm sewer, bituminous base and surfacing, <br /> concrete curb and gutter <br /> Estimated Cost: $40,077.20 <br /> AND WHEREAS ten days published notice of hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice and 10 duys <br />mailed notice to effected property owners was given and the <br />hearing was held on March 17, 1970 , at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to <br />be heard thereon, and all objections were heard and passed <br />upon~ <br /> NOW TH~REFORE BF IT RESOLVED BY THF COUNCIL OF THB <br />VILLAGF OF N~fl BRIGHTON' <br /> l. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br /> the council resolution adopted the 10thday of <br /> February , 19 70 <br /> 2. Milner carley and Associates is hereby designated <br /> as the engineer for this improvement.
