<br />II "" ., <br />-t '- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. lG~ <br /> STAt~ 9.~ MI~eSOTA <br /> <ZOUNTY"Or RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> .~. ;,j... <br /> , . <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING FIRST, 5~ATE-BANK OF NEW BRIGHTON AS <br /> OFFICIAL VILLAGE :o:e.;POS!TQRY <br /> ,t <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, That the First State Bank of'New:Brighton, <br /> New Brighton, Minnesota be and it hereby is designated as a <br /> depository for the funds of the village of New Brighton and the <br />'Treasurer of the village of New Brighton is hereby authorized to <br /> open or cause to be opened an account or accoUnts with said Bank <br /> on such terms, conditions and agreements as shall be required by <br /> s~id Bank, to endorse or cause to be endorsed in the name of the <br /> Village of New Brighton for deposit in such account or accounts <br /> any money, checks, drafts, orders, notes or other instruments for <br /> the payment of mct\1ey <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That checks, drafts or other with- <br /> drawal orders issued against the funds of the Village on deposit <br />with said Bank must be signed by the Mayor, Manager, and Treasurer <br /> of the Village and said Bank i$ hereby authorized to pay and chargl~ <br /> to the account af the village any checks, drafts or other with- <br /> drawal orders so signed. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution shall continue <br /> in force until express written notice of its rescis!:lion or <br /> modification has been furnished to and received by said Bank <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all transactions, if any, in <br /> respect to any deposits or withdrawals by or in behalf of the <br /> village with said bank prior to. the adoption of this resolution <br />be and the same hereby are in all things ratified, approved and <br /> confirmed. <br /> Adopted this J:s. day of January 1970. <br />ATTEST: d~ro;~=~" <br /> f~ !!f?~ <br /> Vernan C. pederson, Clerk <br />, (SEAL) <br /> ,~ <br /> " <br />
