<br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County
<br /> by resolution dated August 30, 1971~ classified as nonconservation
<br /> land, Subject to Highway, Lots 10 through 13, Block 12, Second

<br /> Addition to New.Brighton and Lot 24, Block 3, pike Lake !r,errace,
<br /> lying within the limits of the Village of New Bright.on, and
<br /> WHEREAS the Village has 'need for the above described land
<br /> for municipal purposes
<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and Manager be
<br /> authorized and directed to execute .an application by governmental
<br /> .' subdivision for conveyance of tax fO~feited lands covering the
<br /> following described property:
<br /> Subject to Highway, Lots 10 through 13, Block 12,
<br /> Second Addition to New Brighton
