<br /> RESOLUTION REFERRING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 72-3 TO ENGINEER FOR
<br />-~. STUDY. AND REPORT
<br /> 'WHEREAS it is proposed to make the 'following improvement:
<br /> Construction of storm sewer
<br /> l5th street and 29th Avenue
<br /> ,and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the

<br /> ','cos tot. the improvement, pursuant to Minn~ Statutes, Sec. 429.0ll
<br /> to 429.l1l (LawS 195J~ Chapter 398, as amended).
<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
<br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON,' MINNESOTA:'
<br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to Milner Carley
<br /> and Associates for study andthcit he is instructed to report to
<br /> the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
<br /> preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
<br /> ,and as to whether it should, best be made as proposed or in
<br /> connection with some other improvement, and,the estimated cost of
<br /> the improvement as recommended.
