<br />. , (", <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 949 <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION REFERRING IMPROVEMENT 72-1 <br /> TO ENGINEER FOR STUDY AND REPORT <br /> WHEREAS, it is prop osed to make the following improvement: <br />Location: Area west of Long Lake Road, north of 14th Street N.W. <br /> and east of 17th Avenue N.W. <br />Improvement By: Storm Sewer <br /> ;-if <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />" - <br />-, ' <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minn. Statutes, Set. 429.011 <br />to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COrnCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to Miller Carley <br />and Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council :wi th all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvem3nt is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as propoEed or in con- <br />nection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> Adopted by the Village Council <br />Attest: <br />_~~- fZg/L-- - <br />Village Clerk <br /> _dJ ~:rl-~~e: ~/(..~_ /'/ <br /> (Seal) <br />
