<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of New Brighton,
<br /> Minnesota as follows:
<br /> WHEREAS. pursuant to an advertisement in the New Brighton
<br /> Bulletin and the Construction Bulletin April 28 and May 6 and 13,
<br /> 1971 bids for watermain lmprovements for 70-15 were received,
<br /> opened and read aloud by Village Administration at 2:00 P.M.
