City to prepare final plans <br />and specifications for the making of sl,lch improvement, and <br />WHEREAS Black and Veatch have prepared reviseq final plans <br />and specifications for Improvement 70-15 .as d.irected by Village <br />Resolution No. 924 and have presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Village <br />NOW 'rHEREFORE Be IT RESOLveD py the Council of the Village <br />of New Brighton as follows: <br />1. Such plans and specifications be hereby received. <br />2. Such plans and specifications be hereby approved. <br />3. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br /> in the official paper and in the construction Bulletin <br /> an advertisement for bid,s upon the making of such <br /> improvement under sllch approved plans and specifications. <br /> The advertisem.ent forbids shall be published for three <br /> (3) weeks, shall specify the work to be done., shall state <br /> that hids w~ll be opened in council Chambers by Village <br /> Administration at 2:00 p.m. CDT,May 7, 1971 with <br /> consideration by the Council at 8:00 p.m." May 11, 1971, <br /> in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no <br /> bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br /> Clerk and accompanied by a bid 'Pond or certified check <br /> payable to the Village of New Brighton for five percent <br /> (5%,) of the amount of such bid. <br />Adopted by the vi,llageCouncil April 13, 1971. <br /> . <br />ATTEST: <br />f~!. ,/)jJ,A~~ <br />Vernon C.
