<br />.~,,' 1 ~. t <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 929 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGH'I'ON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AND SUBSTITUl"ION OF SECURITIES <br />ASSIGNED TO VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON BY PUBLIC DEPOSITORY <br />WHEREAS designation of the First State Bank of New Brighton <br />as depo~itory of the public funds of the Village. of New Brighton <br />has heretofore been authorized: <br />WHEREAS in consideration of its d~signati6n as depository of <br />public funds of the Village of New Brighton, the First State Bank <br />of New Brighton executed agreement, approved by the Village <br />Council of New Brighton by Resolution No. 835, which assigns, <br />transfers, and sets over to said Village certain securities of <br />the total market value of $445,000: <br />WHEREAS a new assignment of securities reflects the following <br />pledged securities: <br />$445,000 Federal Intermediate Credit Banks Due 1/3/72 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That t::heVillage Council of <br />New Brighton approve the agreement, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part ther~of, the securities therein specified <br />and the assignment thereof. <br />Adopted this 13th day of April, 197.1. <br /> ,/ <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />f~/n~ .. .. :~ ~; .
