<br /> , ~ - 1 <br /> ri1' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1120 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EMERGENCY REPAIR TO MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM <br /> WHEREAS due to a break in the municipal sewer system in the <br /> area of Cedar Drive within the Village of New Brighton, sewer serv::.ce <br /> to a number of village residents has been interrupted, and <br /> WHEREAS estimated cost to repair such sewer break is in excess <br /> of statutory authority without competitive bids <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Brighton Village <br /> Council declares that an emergency exists in its municipal sewer <br /> system, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Village Manager be authorized <br /> and directed to proceed immediately with the necessary repairs to <br /> the sewer break in the Cedar Drive area <br /> AND FURTHER, That funds to repair such break sha 11 be charged <br /> to the sewer connection charge account as outlined in Section <br /> 265.22, Subd. 8 a of the New Brighton Village Code <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of August 1972. <br /> ~ <br /> ~ e.~~ULb.A) <br /> Vernon C.
