<br />.- <br />f . <br />~. <br /> ~' .. <br />.-' . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1176 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> WHEREAS the owners of certain p~operties in the Village of <br /> New Brighton, County of Ramsey, have requested permission to <br /> adjust their lot lines all within their respective properties <br /> described as follows: <br /> A. Lot 3, Block 4, Silver Belt Second Addition, Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota~ <br /> B. Lot 4, Block 4, Silver Belt Second Addition, Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br /> located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, <br /> approval of that municipality must be obtained before such <br /> SUbdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton <br /> Village Code provides for subdivision of property without platting". <br /> if certain criteria can be met, and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such0.criteria has <br /> been met <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br /> of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above <br /> described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> 1. All of Lot 3, and the north eight feet of Lot 4, Silver <br /> Belt Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota~ <br /> 2.
