<br /> .,. .... <br />.. ~ <br /> ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1175 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />, <br />I VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATE OF COMPENSATION FOR ELECTRICAL <br /> INS PECTOR <br /> WHEREAS Section 400:12 of the Village Code states in part, <br /> "Any Inspector...shall receive as compensation for his services <br /> such fees or salary as the governing body by resolution shall <br /> provide. II <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , That the New Brighton Village <br /> Council determines that the fee for services rendered by the <br /> Electrical Inspector be established at 80% of the amount of all <br /> electrical fees. <br /> BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED:, That the effeGtive date of this <br /> resolution be January 1, 1973, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ That the Village Manager is <br /> authorized and hereby directed to execute the provisions of this <br /> resolution. which supersedes all previous actions of any New <br /> Brighton Village Council relative to Electrical Inspector's fees <br /> or compensation. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of December, 1972. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: --< ~- , <br /> -"~W~~~ <br /> Vernon C.
