<br />. . <br />, .. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1169 <br /> <br />STATE-OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVElYlENT 73...7 AND PREPARATION OF FINAL PLAN:, <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 14th <br />day of November, 1972, fixed a date for a council hearing on the <br />following proposed improvement: <br /> <br />Location: 3rd Avenue S .E;. between .1st Street S.E. and <br />vacated Clintpn Street S.E. <br />Improvement By: Acquiring, opening street right of way, <br />, grading, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous <br />base and surfacing. <br />Estimated Cost:. $25,420.00 <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS ten days published notice of hearing through two <br />weekly publications of the required notice and 10 days mailed <br />notice to affected property owners was given and the hearing was <br />held on November 30,. 1972 at which time all persons desiring to <br />beheard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and all <br />objections were heard and passed upon <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of New Brighton <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the 14th day of November, 1972 <br />2. Milner Carley and Associates is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
