<br />. , <br />., <br /> ~ 11 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1164 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> BOUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 73-1 AND PREPARATION OF FINAL <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS a resolution of the Village Council adopted the <br />14th day of November, 1972, fixed a date for a council hearing <br />on the following proposed improvement: <br /> Location: 16A Street N.W. between 23rd Avenue N.W. <br /> and Silver Lake Road <br /> Improvement By: Acquiring, opening street right of way, <br /> grading, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm <br /> sewer, concrete curb and gutter, <br /> bituminous base and surfacing. <br /> Estimated Cost: $44,930.00 <br /> AND WHEREAS ten days published notice of hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice and 10 days <br />mailed notice to affected property owners was given and the <br />hearing was held on November 30, 1972, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br />heard thereon, and all objections were heard and passed upon <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of New Brighton <br /> 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br /> Council resolution adopted the 14th day of NOVember <br /> 1972, <br /> 2. Milner Carley and Associates is hereby designated as <br /> the engineer for this improvement.
