<br />, " <br /> . ~ \... <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1161 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />WHEREAS the owners of certain properties in the Village of <br />New Brighton, County of Ramsey, have requested permission to <br />adjust their lot lines all within their repsective properties <br />described as follows: <br />The north 75 feet of the west 1/2 of Lot 14, <br />Mounds View Acres, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, <br />approval of that municipality must be obtained such subdivision <br />can be filed, and <br />WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton <br />Village Code provides for subdivision of property without platting~ <br />if certain criteria can be met, and <br />WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has <br />been met <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the <br />above described property into pa~ce1s described as follows: <br />Parcel 1: The north 75 feet of the west 134.10 feet of <br /> Lot 14, Mounds View Acres, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Parcel 2: The north 75 feet of the east 163.50 feet of the <br /> west 1/2 of Lot 14, Mounds View Acres, Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Village Clerk forward a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Auditor. <br />Adopted this 28th day of November 1972. <br /> .- <br /> Gay C.
