<br /> ." , <br /> ~. . <br />> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1156 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> WHEREAS the owners of certain properties in tlE Village of <br />New Brighton, County of Rams.ey, have r~quested permission to <br />adjust their lot lines all within their respective properties <br />described as follows: <br /> Tract "D" , Registered Land Survey Number 237, <br /> Registrar of Titles, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, <br />approval of that municipality must be obtained before such <br />subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton <br />Village Code provides for subdivision of property without platting" <br />if certain criteria can be met, and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has <br />been met <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the <br />above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> Parcell: The west 189.57 feet of the north 258.42 <br /> feet of Tract "D" Registered Land Survey <br /> Number 237, Ramsey County, Minnesota,. except <br /> road row <br /> Parcel 2: Except for the west la9.57 feet of the <br /> north 258.42 feet, all of Tract "D", <br /> Registered Land Survey 237, Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Village Clerk forward a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Auditor. <br />Adopted this 14th day of November, 1972. <br /> Ga e C.
