<br />" . <br />l' "" -. <br /> . ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1154 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION REFERRING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO ENGINEER FOR STUDY <br />AND REPORT, RECEIVING ENGINEER'S PRELIMINARY STUDY AND REPORT, <br />AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS 73-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, AND 9 <br />AND ORDERING VILLAGE CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING <br />WHEREAS the Village CounSil has initiated consideration of <br />Improvements 73-1, 2, 3, 4, 5', 6, 7, and 9, and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />New Brighton, That <br />1. The proposed improvements be referred to Milner W.Carleyy <br /> and Associates for study and that they be instructed <br /> to report to the Village youncil with all conven~eat.'~, <br /> speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br /> whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to <br /> whether they should best be made as proposed improvements <br /> or in connection with some other improvement, and that <br /> estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br />2. The preliminary report of Milner W. Carley and <br /> Associates with reference to all of the aforementioned <br /> proposed improvements is hereby received. <br />3. The Council will consider the improvements in accordance <br /> with the report and the assessment of abutting property <br /> for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429,011 to <br /> 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an <br /> estimated total cost of the improvements of $612,553.00. <br />4. A public hearing shall be held on proposed improvements <br /> 73 -1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 at 7:00 p.m., on <br /> November 30, 1972 and the Clerk shall give published <br /> and mailed notice of such nearing as required py law. <br />5.
