<br /> ,-: ,~ <br /> - .... <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1126 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION REFERRING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 73-9 TO ENGINEER FOR <br /> STUDY AND REPORT <br /> WHEREAS it is proposed to make the following improvement: <br /> Construction of Storm Sewer <br /> Location: Area generally bounded by Interstate 694 in <br /> the south, the west Village limits, 14th Street N.W. on <br /> the north and 23rd Avenue N.W. on the east. <br /> and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the <br /> cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minn.
