", ~ '" ~ ~ l # RESOLUTION NO. 1096 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON WHEREAS the owner s of certain properties in the Village of New Brighton, County of Ramsey, have requested permission to adjust their lot lines all within their respec- tive properties described as follows: All of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and the North 10 feet of Lot 9, Block 3, West End Addition to Minneapolis Stockyards: and The North 20 feet of Lot 22 and all of Lots 23 through 30, Block 3, West End Addition to Minneapolis Stockyards. WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton Village Code provides for subdivision of property without platting, if certain criteria can be met, and WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has been met, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the village of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: Parcel B: All of Lot 7, except the North five feet, all of Lot 8, and the North 10 feet of Lot 9: Parcel C: All of Lots 5 and 6, and the North five feet of Lot 7~ Parcel E: The North 20 feet of Lot 22, all of Lot 23, and the South 20 feet of Lot 24~ Parcel F: The North 20 feet of Lot 24, all of Lot 25, and the South 20 feet of Lot 26~ Parcel G: The North 20 feet of Lot 26, all of Lot 27, and the south 20 feet of Lot 28~ Parcel H: The North 20 feet of Lot 28, and all of Lots 29 and 30~ of Block 3, West End Addition to Minneapolis Stockyards.
