<br /> 1- '} lit (-. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1090 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ,RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE, OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASE <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORE SITE <br /> WHEREAS the Village of New Brighton desires to construct a <br /> second Retail Municipal Liquor Store, and <br /> WHEREAS Kraus-Anderson, Incorporated has offered to sell <br /> to the Village of New Brighton land considered to be a desirable <br /> location for such store <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE I'r RESOLVED <br /> 1. The 'land described in the attached purchase agreement is <br /> hereby determined to be a desirable location for a <br /> second municipal liquor store, and the price, terms and <br /> conditions of such agreement are found to be fair and <br /> reasonable. <br /> 2. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, on behalf of the Village of <br /> New Brighton, the attached Purchase Agr~ement. <br /> 3.
