't <br /> f ~ 1- <br /> t <br /> RESOLUTION NO :1089 <br /> .. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING RAMSEY COUNTY PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS DATED <br /> JULY 18, 1972 FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF PORTIONS OF OLD HIGHWAY 8 AND <br /> COUNTY ROAD D <br /> WHEREAS plans for Old Highway 8 between County Road D and <br /> Fifth Street S.W., S.A.P. 62-677-02 CTB1 and County Road D between <br /> McCallum Drive and Trunk Highway 8, S.A.P. 62-619-01, showing <br /> proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross sections for the <br /> construction of County State Aid Highways 77 and 19, within the <br /> limits of the Village of New Brighton, as a State Aid project have <br /> been prepared and presented to the Village of New Brighton by the <br /> Ramsey County Engineer, and <br /> WHEREAS the Assistant Ramsey County Engineer indicated a <br /> temporary median crossing to serve the Pletcher Green House <br /> property could be included in the final plans, it being understood <br /> that should the use of the property change the County reserved the <br /> option to close such' median crossing <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br /> New Brighton that such plans and specifications dated July 18, 1972 <br /> be approved subject to:-the following conditions: <br /> 1. That a temporary median crossing to serve the Pletcher <br /> Green House property at the location indicated by the <br /> Assistant Ramsey County Engineer to the New Brighton <br /> Village Council July 25, 1972 be incorporated in such <br /> final plans and specifications. <br /> 2. That approval is conditioned on the understanding that <br /> construction bids to be taken by Ramsey County will <br /> include sidewalks and the Village of New Brighton shall <br /> have an opportunity to decide whether sidewalks should <br /> be constructed at Village expense prior to award of a <br /> construction contract <br /> Adopted this 25th day of July 1972. <br /> i\TTEST: <br /> . <br /> Gay <br /> .
