RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> ,RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE AS$~SSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING <br /> Extract of minutes of the Village of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting o~ the <br /> village council of the Village of New Brighton, Minnesota was <br /> held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 27th day of June, <br /> 1972 at 8:00 p.m. with the following members present: <br /> Bromander, Eagon, Fisher, Moen, Rebelein <br /> and the following members absent: None <br /> Councilman Eagon introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING <br /> PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF <br /> HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS 70-2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13 and 14. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNC IL OF <br /> NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA <br /> 1. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed <br /> is hereby declared to be $642,292.25 <br /> 2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village <br /> Engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to <br /> be specially assessed for such improvement against every <br /> assessable lot, place or parcel of land within the <br /> district affected, without regard to cash valuation, <br /> as provided by law and shall file a copy of such <br /> proposed assessment in his office for public inspectio n. <br /> 3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed <br /> assessments, notify the council thereof. <br /> 4. That a public hearing on the'proposed assessment be set <br /> for August 10, 1972 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall. <br /> 5. That mailed notices of this hearing be sent to each <br /> benefited property owner as required by law. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> seconded by Councilman Moen, and upon a vote being taken the <br /> following members voted in favor thereof: <br /> Bromander, Eagon, Fisher, Moen, Rebelein <br /> and the following voted against the same: Nont <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
