<br />~ - <br /> ., , . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1080 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRA~SFERFROM CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION <br /> TO pLANNING COMMISSION ACCOUNT WITHIN GENERAL FUND <br />WHEREAS the New Brighton village Council has adopted the <br /> 1972 Village BUdget, and <br />WHEREAS the Comprehensive Village Plan has progressed to a <br /> point that the next phase of the plan can be implemented, and <br />WHEREAS funds for implementing such additional planning was <br /> not provided for in the budget, and <br />WHEREAS funds are 2!.vailable within the contingency <br /> appropriation to fund such additional planning <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br /> of New Brighton that $6,800 be transferred from the contingency <br /> APpropriation to the Planning Commission Account within the <br /> General Fund <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Manager and Clerk-Treasurer <br /> be and are hereby ordered and directed to bring into effect the <br /> provisions of this resolution. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of June 1972. <br /> ~ <br /> ATTEST: dlA>>A, ~ ~ <br /> V)"" ~J(:. ~ <br /> Vernon C. . ped'ersonL,C.lerkHr'reasurer <br /> """'" ',' .."".
