'pas5e~ };)~ the village <br />Council, the Village Consulting Engineer, Milner W. carley and <br />Associates., has prepared plans and specifications for the <br /> , ' , <br />improvel1}eni:s known as Contract "A" Improvements 72-3, 4, 5, 10, <br />II and It and Contract "B" Improvements 70-11; 71-3, 5, 16, 18 <br />and 19;' .72-6 and has presented such plans and specifications to <br />the Council for approval <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT. RESOLVED by the Village Council of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota <br />1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved <br />2'. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br /> inserted <br />inthe.off;icial paper and in the Construction Bulletin an <br />adve:rtis~ment for bids upon the making O:E such improvements under <br />such approved plans and specifications. The advertisements shall <br />be published.for tha:ee (3) weeks, shall specify the work to be <br />done,sha~l state that bids will.be opened in Council Chambers by <br />Village A~ministration at 2:00 P.M., CST, !\pril 6, 1972 and <br />con$idered by the council at 8: 00 P.M., CST, APril 11, 1972 in <br />the Counci:t Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids will be <br />considered unless sealed and filed with the c~erk arid accompanied <br />by a bid bond or certified ch~ck payable to the Village of New <br />Brighton for five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. <br />Adopted by the Council this 14th day of March; 1972 . <br /> ~~ - <br /> Ga <br />ATTEST: f"\ <br />~~ at-~9~ - <br />Vernon C.
