II ...-c.. ",' .... r, RESOLUTION NO. 1045 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION DECLARING MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR THE CO~STRUCTION OF. SIGNS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON WHEREAS the section of the New Brighton zoning code relating to signs appears to have conflicts and contains provisions capable of different interpretations and also contains other possible errors and omissions, and WHERE:AS it is the intention of the village council of the village of New Brighton to have such section of the zoning code re-written to eliminate the aforementioned problems, and WHEREAS it is in. the interest of the general health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the village of New Brighton and further in the interest of the potential erectors of signs to have them in conformity with a precise ordinance, and WHEREAS until such o.rdinance is re-written and revised so as to elimihate the aforementioned problems, any permit issued for the erection of a sign may be subject to . interpretations which ,t make such sign illegal by nonconformity . . .
