<br />I' <br />: I <br /> <br />-'-- <br /> <br />, , <br /> <br />J, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 03-016 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVAL OF NON RENEWAL OF REGULAR <br />; : <br />MULTIPLE DWELLING LICENSE FOR TIMBERCREST APARTMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has determined that the properties known as Timbercrest <br />Apartments located at 2090 through 2160 W Cty Rd E managed by Bigos Properties; <br /> <br />, ' <br />'I <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Public Safety has reviewed police and fire calls for service to the <br />properties located at 2090 through 2160 W Cty Rd E as required for multiple dwelling license renewal: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Public Safety has determined that the number of police and fire cans for <br />service that are used to determine multiple dwelling licensing classification has been measured at .56 <br />calls per unit for the period of July 1, 2001 to December 31, 2001: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Public Safety has detennined that the number of police and fire calls for <br />service per unit exceeds .5 caBs for service per unit: <br /> <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br />the multiple dwelling license for Bigos Properties: <br /> <br />1. That the property located at 2090 through 2160 W Cty Rd E known as Timbercrest <br />Apartments and managed by Bigos Properties requires a multiple dwelling license. <br />2. That the property located at 2090 through 2160 W Cty Rd E known as Timbercrest <br />Apartments and managed by Bigos Properties exceeds .5 police and fire calls per unit. <br />3.
